    "If you want your roof replaced, please do yourself a favor and contract TEO construction. I can’t say enough positive things about the owner, the crew, the service. I was in dire need of a roof replacement. Contacted several companies to get quotes and TEO construction has competitive pricing and the amazing customer service earned them my business. Not only that, but they walked me through the whole process, set the right expectations and completely followed through on what they said. They were so prompt with communication, detailed in keeping me up to date on the process with pictures. The crew that completed the work was so professional and friendly. They cleaned up everything perfectly and finished the job promptly. Thank you Elias for an amazing service! I will definitely be recommending you to everyone.     "We contracted TEO Construction to replace our roof. We were very pleased with their work and responsiveness. We had great recommendations from our neighbor and her relatives. They also offered us the best warranty (25 years workmanship warranty and 50 years material warranty). We dealt mostly with Elias throughout the whole project. There was outstanding communication from start to finish. In the middle of the project, as the crew discovered issues, we were immediately notified and asked how to proceed. At the conclusion, we conducted an inspection and found some minor issues. Elias came immediately to rectify them. Our satisfaction seemed to be their priority."

    "I contacted TEO Construction and spoke with Elias Romero about storm damage to my roof that would be covered under insurance. He came out and did an estimate, one of three I had, and his was the best value by far. He ordered the materials, and they were delivered when he said they would be. He scheduled his guys the day after the materials were dropped off and they were there at 730am as promised and immediately got to work. These guys were quick and efficient. They got it all done in one day and before rush hour. They took care of the yard and cleaned everything up. I was so impressed that I went ahead and ordered my new gutter system from them. It needed to be replaced at any rate and Elias has stated that it should be replaced as it was causing damage to the rest of the home. My gutters had never been replaced in 30 years and were showing their age. Again, he promised when they would show up and at what time and they did. The got to work and had it all done by lunchtime. I have had no issues with the roof or the gutters since. They both came with a warranty backed by TEO so I know that if there are any issues, they will take care of it. I would definitely recommend them, and I will use them again for more projects next spring!"
