"James came out because I told him I had some water spots on my front bathroom ceiling. He got on the roof to inspect the shingles. Sure enough he found some problematic shingles, directly above the bathroom, that we’re pulling up on the corners. Thinking that could be the cause of the water spots by those corners being lifted up during a wind-driven rain storm, he used some adhesive to secure the problem shingles back in place. He also took the time to put some caulking around the vent pipe flashing. He was very nice to work with, informative and didn’t charge a thing to come out and do all of this. Highly recommend."
