"The roof of my cabin in northwestern Wisconsin needed replacement due to a hail storm in 2022 that damaged thousands of roofs over an extensive area. After researching and speaking with multiple roofing companies, I chose Superior Roofing in Hayward, WI, and I am so glad I did. The owner, Tom Beetch, is knowledgeable, experienced, personable and responsive. When we met to discuss the job, he clearly and thoroughly explained the project, his estimate and my options, as well as the insurance process. It was clear that he took pride in his company's work and would be personally involved. In addition to the hail damage, my roof had a small leak that had shown up the previous winter and, although he had many projects in the queue, he made sure my project was completed before winter set in, which I so appreciated. (Many re-roofing projects in the area had to wait until 2023 because roofing companies were overwhelmed with the colossal amount of work.) The process with the insurance company went smoothly, too. I highly recommend Tom and Superior Roofing -- five stars!!"
