"Summit Construction Group installed a new roof after our previous roof was damaged by hail. They also installed new Leaf Sentry gutter covers. From start to finish, the project was seamless. They responded promptly to our initial call, inspected the damage on our roof, and managed all subsequent communication with our insurer. I needed a new roof due to hail damage. Chandler came out right away to inspect my roof and access the damage. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. "We live in Minneapolis, and our roof really needed replacing due to age, but the constant abuse from the hail these past two years, really ate away at the life left of it. I was referred to Nick @ Summit by a good friend who just had his done. I looked at his roof, it looked great, and worked with his insurance company. What I was really impressed by, was the teams careful roofing around all of the plants around his house (I’m a avid gardener too) I called Nick, as a second contractor, in case my one assigned by insurance company wasn’t a good fit. Nick came out quickly, asked for a copy of the adjuster bid, and gave me a low down on what made them different than other contractors, and asked if we had any concerns. He answered all my questions, offered ridge venting for my crazy hot upstairs, and Grace ice dam protection on my problem areas. We looked into high end GAF shingles (metal and high end designer line) and ultimately choice a red custom color, in the HDZ line. He installed the shingles the next week, and no damaged plants. Also he noticed some things the insurance inspector/adjuster missed so is currently working with them on that. I found no nails, or trash around my house from the demoed roof - don’t even know how that’s possible! Overall it looks amazing , great team, quality product, knowledgeable staff. highly recommended."
