"The primary staff that we interacted with beginning with Brian (sales) and Chris (site manager) did an absolute stellar job presenting (1) available choice of roofing materials, costs, and payment options; (2) length of time required to install roof; (3) what to expect during the install process, and (4) selecting and agreeing on work schedule. Over a period of 2 days the crew was punctual, arriving on time, and worked diligently until the work was done. The site manager did not hesitate to answer my questions, while working with his disciplined installation crew. The team completed the job on time, giving our house a beautiful 'new' look! "I noticed that I had a pretty substantial leak in my roof when water started pouring into my guest room. I called a small roofing company to come take a look and temporarily patch the leak to make it weather tight. Unfortunately, we had a different definition of weather tight as that same night another thunderstorm hit and another rain shower took place in my guest room. After combating the leak myself in the attic with buckets of all sizes, I decided it was time to call in the professionals, so I called my friend Tommy at Spicer Bros that evening. The next morning, there was a crew at my house repairing the leak. Tommy showed up to discuss the leak and we spoke at length about the benefits of a new roof. That same day, we were under contract to have the entire roof tore off and a new roof installed. The pricing and financing options that Spicer Bros. offers are incredible and they really work with you on terms. A big thank you to Tommy for being a very knowledgeable professional and for the speedy response and solution to my dilemma. If you're ever in my situation, give Tommy a call, you won't regret it!!"
