"Rich Case redefines "service". I've had him out a couple of times, one to put a partial roof on as I couldn't afford a whole roof at the time (eco meltdown time). He graciously suggested what needed the most attention so we did that part while suggesting a timeline to finish the rest. Well, I totally forgot about that timeline until I had water dripping out of my ceiling light/fan this past and very wet winter. I called Rich and within an hour or so, he was at my house with his staff doing a quick fix (4 hours?). More than that, he went into my attic only to discover everything was very moist. He pulled out all the wet insulation and put in dry insulation before they left that day. What gets even more amazing is that Rich didn't hand me a bill. He simply gave instructions as to how to dry out the attic and educated me on what was going on with my roof before kindly suggesting I get a new roof before this upcoming winter. Sky High Roofing, with Rich at the helm, is amazing. Hopefully, they don't have to turn down too many potential clients given they are so successful. Now to make that call for the rest of my roof."
