"From a bad experience, I am skeptical of working with contractors. Nick Wagner examined my roof and gave me an estimate. He patiently waited nearly 3 months until I finished dealing with FEMA. He graciously re-examined the roof at my request. I met the rest of his crew, and they completed the job today. I was as impressed with his crew as I was with him. Their work ethic, the quality of materials, the explanation of what was wrong, and the pictures they took was evidence of a job well done. I would definitely use them again."

"I paid $20,300 two years ago for a new roof. They installed a skylight which has caused condensation problems in my bathroom. This was a known issue which has been worked on but not resolved. I was told today by Kevin King that they have done all they intend to do even though there is an underlined Note on page 2 of our invoice which says “Roof Crafters Roofing LLC recognizes the fact that the skylight tunnel condensation issue might return in the warmer months. We assure you that if it does return then everything will be done to rectify it “ This problem has recurred the last 2 summers My two year warranty expires shortly. I have been leaving messages and had return calls promised since July 24 I have been overlooked and lied to and I do not appreciate it. BOTTOM LINE IS THIS WAS NOT A PROBLEM BEFORE THE NEW ROOF AND SKYLIGHT WERE INSTALLED. This skylight tunnel if not repaired will cause ceiling damage and additional repairs. "watch out for more charges after roof install.shingles not well glue on. still had the damage plymount wood under shingles say they replaced new plywood. text you afterwood with trump up charges for more money and threating to take your home if not pay the extra material if you do not paY THE EXTRA MONEY. FOR more material that they buy with someone else. i witness and had witness of this company taking extra material with them. they have the nerve will not let you speak to the owner. nor give out phone number. do not hire this company. looking for trouble. poor work. after they fininish i still had holes from the hurricane in the plywood on the roof. told them and the reply. you have enough roofing paper to help the coverage. i have the evidence of the conversation"
