"After noticing several leaks appearing in the ceiling of our house, we started calling different roofing companies to get bids. Rigid roofs was the last company on the list. Several of the other roofing companies said they didn't see signs of storm damage, but one did and recommended we contact our insurance adjuster. When Jordan found out about the scheduled insurance adjuster, he made sure to schedule his quote prior to the adjuster arriving, then remained for the meeting with the adjuster. Even the adjuster admitted he would have missed the hail and wind damage had it not been for Jordan pointing it out. The insurance company ended up paying for a new roof, dry wall and paint, insulation, and mold mitigation. My wife and I had wanted to add a covered patio to our house for quite some time, and we didn't want to tear into a new roof to add one after the new roof was installed. Jordan quoted us a great price compared to other companies we had previously received quotes from. From the concrete, to the structure, siding, paint, electrical, and gutter work... he came through as promised. He went above and beyond by coming by after a long day of work to ensure drywall work and paint was to our complete satisfaction. We are very skeptical when working with contractors we don't know. Just like you we've heard the horror stories people have with unfinished or sloppy work, or contractors that skip town with your money.
