"Very poor communication from this company after the contract was signed. They rescheduled without asking us for a day that fit our schedule and only after I happened to contact them to confirm the original installation date just 2 days before it was to be done. They showed no concern for the lack of communication or work by material suppliers. First when a worker unloaded then had to reload materials due to them not knowing about hurricane Nicole. Then Stronghold showed no care when we had concerns with the state of materials being dropped off later on. When installing the new roof, they stomped around so much on the roof that it shattered one of our light fixtures. Wouldn't you know it, Stronghold did not care. 2 friends of ours had roofs replaced from different companies & neither had broken light fixtures as a result. Finally, they did not bother to inform us that it was ok to take the permit notice down until a week had gone by and I emailed them about it. Horrible company. Suggest going elsewhere. My wife is making sure everyone in the real estate agency she works with knows to avoid this company. Poor communication and lack of concern and professionalism is an understatement with this company."
