We pride ourselves in fast prompt service and leaving the job site cleaner than it was when we arrived. We offer free estimates and roof consultations. Our team has a combined 200 plus years of roofing experience. We also specialize in insurance claims and have collectively walked over 2000 customers through the roof claim process.     "Highlights: -Company did a great job working with insurance to get approved for repairs -Roof Install and Repairs were completed professionally in a timely matter, I'm happy with the look and quality. -Jason and Tom both did a nice job throughout with communication and information [minus one blip]. Lowlights: -Workers left my yard a mess, leaving my patio furniture sprawled across the landscaping -The company they hired to lift the A/C and reconnect shorted my Smart Thermostat and replaced it with a very basic thermostat. After this review, ProWest replaced the unit -Found about 100 nails both front and back yard, my dogs run and play in the back yard... I got a nail in my foot and so did one of my dogs- NOT HAPPY ABOUT THIS -Crew did extra repairs on my patio cover, ProWest agent had me sign off on it without explaining that I was having to cover that cost, not the insurance company- Bad communication"

    "If you want someone to handle everything and have the best customer service you should ask for Adam! He was amazing from the first second he knocked on my door three years ago! He not only handled the adjuster with my insurance company but got my shingles upgraded too but now he's doing the same for my grandfathers! He has been a huge blessing in my families lives and couldn't ask for anyone better to help us!"

    "Prowest and Zachary Radmall were fantastic to work with. We had some wind damage to our roof, Zachary Radmall was driving through our neighborhood and noticed a few missing shingles. We had been meaning to get a repair estimate before monsoon season. So, the timing was perfect. Zachary said he could work with our home insurance to get the whole roof replaced and not just patch repaired. They did the inspection that day and started working with our insurance. The process was very smooth. Zachary was great at communication and keeping us informed during the whole project. Everything went exactly how he said and now we have a new roof for less out of pocket than what patch repairing would have cost. A+ service from Prowest and the whole team."
