    "My experience was great from the first meeting of Connor who did an excellent job demonstrating the quality of their windows. Communication from Power was great keeping me informed of the process and scheduling the installation. Next meeting Nate and his team that installed my new windows. They were on time and did an awesome job explaining the process they were very thorough and cleaned up inside and out. Last meeting Jess who inspected the job. I was so pleased with the new windows and excellent customer service I ordered 4 more windows that day and requested Nate and his team to install. They were put in a week ago and I'm thrilled and definitely warmer"

    "Had a team here this morning to replace 7 windows. Extremely bad service. Nobody spoke English so as I'm trying to express my concerns and have them addressed they just keep apologizing and telling me they don't speak English. Call to get a install supervisor and get thrown into a perpetual hold time and time again. Finally a supervisor picks up and tells me a window coordinator will call me back. Phone rings, I answer, and they hang up. Start the calling process again so that condescending people can make it very clear that they don't care how upset you are that your property has been damaged. 3 landscape lights smashed flat, trim damaged and glued back together with silicone, wall scraped in multiple places, trash left all over in my gutters and silicone dripped on my roof. They didn't wear covers over their work boots as we were told, they didn't tell me they were going to start throwing things out of my second story windows to make sure my dogs or myself wouldn't get hurt. They were here 4 times in one week to install 7 windows and the project still isnt right. I had to clean the gutters, clean the roof, touch up paint on walls, and replace the landscaping lighting myself. (No discount for having to do any of that. They told me they would reimburse me for the cost of new landscaping lighting. I submitted the receipt over a month ago. Never got reimbursed) This was a terrible job start to finish and getting a supervisor to address it apparently will never happen even though everytime they transfer me they say there's no wait. Follow up: over a month later later. We have now had rainy weather. One of the windows leaks water right into the house. As other reviews have stated...if you have windows open, when you go to close them, you have to push the top half of the windows up while closing the bottom half because as the bottom half is being pulled down, it also pulls down the top of the window. These are not quality windows. Definitely not the quality we were shown by the initial sales person. Will update again if this project ever gets completed/corrected."
