My home is within the Historic District and Andy took care of the paperwork with the Historical Committee promptly. Andy took us through the various options and recommended the 50 year GAF shingle. Andy and his crew replaced the entire roof which included three porches, two sections of flat roof, and various eyebrow roofing patterns. A GAF Master Elite® Contractor can also offer the GAF System Plus Limited Warranty, increasing your Smart Choice® Protection Period from 10 to 50 years and including tear off.
