"We were excited to have Paramount Builders put in our new windows and expand our sliding glass door. We got our sliding glass door in immediately. The guys were really good and the door was done in no time. We did have an issue with the screen lock that was later fixed. It took a while to get the windows in due to production taking forever. They got installed and all was good. That’s when the problems started. It was a constant circle getting the inspection done and actually pass it. Some work needed to be redone and after 4-6 weeks we finally got the inspection approved. The new manager stepped up and made sure things were down properly. The quality of the windows are very good. After a few struggles we are finally complete."
"Well let me start off saying I have never had such a experience with a company like this one, I have spoke to these people a few times and now getting attorney in place, the window that has been replace will not pass the building inspection and was damage when installing it, I will have to get another contractor to repair the damage they have cause and that does not even count the money I lost taken off from work do yourself a favor do not use this company they want a contract the day they show up this should be the first warning to run. I plan on contacting to TV station and hope with this that others come out and join in a lawsuit against these people."
"It was hard to reach anybody for updates. They left an incredible mess in my attic. Not to mention they put a roof nail in my front yard tree. Debris everywhere. The roof looks great I do admit but now I realize they were pretty expensive"
