"I don’t understand why this company has some bad reviews. They are very courteous, professional, and they really listen if you have questions or concerns. Can’t recommend them enough. Down the road we’ll definitely be hiring them again as we slowly fix up our house. "I would love to give this company a great review. The crew that came out to remove my gutter were polite and did a great job, but scheduling has been a nightmare. Three times I've been told a crew would come, but never showed up with no phone call. Now I'm left without a gutter with rain coming and another promise of help with no one answering or returning my calls. Super disappointed. Update as of June 13: Ostrander did return call my calls shortly after I posted this review. I spoke to the owner and he explained that they hire outside crews for gutter work. He offered to come out himself if the crew did not show up that day. The crew finally arrived later in the day and did a very good job with the gutter replacement. I would consider hiring Ostrander again as long as it was a job that would be done by their own workers rather than an outside company where there is less control over scheduling. Updated from 2 stars to 4 now that I understand the circumstances."
