"Mike and O&M did my roof the fall of 2022. Part of the replacment included the wood fireplace chimney surround and pipe that was above the roof. They put a gas pipe on it by mistake and it was not to code for height. the fireplace backed up smoke into my house. they tried to fix it, caused further damage and did not fix the height. still didnt work. I called a chimney/fireplace specialist who said it was extremely dangerous and gave a quote. Mike then disappeared. I got an attorney, and had the roof repaired sucessfully by someone else and Mike never honored fixing the roof. BEWARE!"

"Update 7.16 where is Mike ? The original service quick and fast. I’ve been trying to reach Mike for a week about the roof . Any feed back on follow ups? My initial request was in March. I decided on this company in June. Around the 17th I spoke with Mike. He was so prompt he even spoke with me on Father’s Day indicating I can call him at anytime. Of course he was trying to get paid. He spoke about 36 years of customer service and how that was his pride. Other companies said trey needed 2-5 days to do a tear off -Mike had 10 men job was done in ONE DAY . I sent payment @6am he answered the phone at that time. A week n a half later , I look up to the roof and see the I don’t know what it is called - but it looks as if it wasn’t sealed. I called Mike no answer. I text Saturday July 8th asking him to come review the work, 2 hours later he text back - he will come Wednesday. Wednesday the surrounding cities had a tornado (NOT CHICAGO) . No Mike , Saturday come again I text Mike - is this customer service I haven’t heard from you. No Mike. Monday I text again- let me tell you He refused to come look at his work by telling me I waited until after the storm to call him- ( I have text messages). Shocked disappointed the tear off was expensive. I called after going back and fourth by text for clarification BOOM Ashley answered the phone this time and stated She’s an owner . OMG what is happening??? I might need me a lawyer - please be careful with this company. I should have known because he talked really fast. I’m so hurt men always do this to women he should be ashamed of himself and the fake customers service he so mentioned. Again the initial work was great because he got paid cash the same day ….. no customer 0 customer service after When we first started business together Mike talks fast but I don’t listen slow. It was a great professional experience. He explained all information before proceeding, that I appreciate the most. The crew that came along was also very professional and helpful. Roofs are expensive and this is my first tear off. I was hoping for a better price and he was reasonable so I choose this company. Roof replaced 6.2023 Thank you Mike"

"Mike and his team were wonderful from Day 1 until the completion of the job. Mike is a very nice man and is eager to help everyone. They were very professional, kind, hardworking, and on time. My roof had some issues with multiple holes, old wood and sagging spots. They repaired all of the issues and did a complete repair of the house and garage roof. They did an excellent job. It looks beautiful and the roof color enhances the look of the brick exterior. They went above and beyond. I would and have recommended them to others. Thank God for Mike and his team."
