"My roof was completed on time and on budget. However, one week after completion I noticed a problem with the ridge caps. I attempted to contact Mulberry, but received a limited response. I was told to contact the installer. I have contacted the installer 3 times. The first time he told me that he needed to order new ridge caps. I contacted him a second and third time to determine when the ridge caps would arrive and the problem would be fixed. It has now been a month since the original install and I have not heard from them (the installer has not replied to my emails) since May 4. That was when I was told the ridge caps would be ordered. No response (to any of my emails) from anyone since that time."
