They were able to re-use almost all of the original tiles, and the few new ones blend in seamlessly with the old. Juan Miguel is a meticulous craftsman—precise, neat, punctual, and courteous. "After recent heavy rains caused intrusion of water into my house I called Carlos Rodriguez at Mr Roofing for advice and help. He & his company had installed my roof and gutter system years ago and I knew I could trust his judgement. He came right away, inspected my roof, gutters and the area with water damage. The roof and gutters are still in good condition and are not the problem. He identified the problem with decaying wood trim, and explained exactly how I can proceed to remedy it. I will be inviting them back for routine maintenance and know I can count on a good job from a capable team. "We needed to cancel our roofing project after we put down payment. I am ok with giving up the down payment but Mr Roofer wanted additional money for services that were not rendered and materials that were not delivered to the job site. Home owners beware: the state limits advance payment at the time of contract signing to 10% of the total estimated job cost or $1,000, whichever amount is lower! All payments thereafter are supposed to be made for work performed or for materials delivered to the job site. To make things worse, they hired a lawyer to attempt to collect additional money for services not rendered and materials not delivered to the job site. They didn't have the courtesy to call me back again to work out the problem. If this is how they treat customers, I will never use them for roofing!"

"Mr. Roofing provides outstanding customer service at every point of contact. Maria, coordinated the intake, she immediately asked the right questions and ensured I was calling right place. I was utterly confused as to whether I had a slow leak or a condensation issue that was creating mold. As a homeowner, I had contact with many contracting services, most of which gave me speculative guesswork, and were slow to call back. Mr. Roofing was prompt and thorough in their investigation of my roofing issue and ultimately provided the best service, with the best up-to-date tools. Their consultation, gave me the confidence to move forward and address the issue immediately. I also appreciate that the team offered to take off their shoes when they entered the home, they also had shoe booties handy to keep the space clean during the ceiling inspections. The details really matter when people are considerate about entering your home. Solid A work, especially if you want the peace of mind over your head."

"We contacted Mr. Roofing for roof repair in June, 2020, because the company was listed as Diamond Certified. On July 15, Ricardo, from Mr. Roofing, spent 45 minutes to an hour assessing the repair. We expected a proposal of the project and were told we would receive by the following week. We received a phone call from Mr. Roofing on July 20, 21, that the proposal was forthcoming. We heard nothing more from them and received nothing from them. Professional courtesy would suggest that this company would simply decline to propose, that was not the case. Ghosting potential customers is bad business. It is also bad business for Diamond Certified. I am less likely to consider any company listed as Diamond Certified. Mr. Roofing (Carlos and Ricardo) contacted me to discuss. They did not intend to drop the ball and apologized. I appreciate their immediate effort to understand my disappointment. I told both of them that I had been very impressed with Ricardo's understanding of our project and was ready to proceed. So not hearing from them was very discouraging."

"Our 1st contact with Mr Roofing was Mike Odynski. He explained the product options, specific materials, installation details and time parameters for our job. He also shared the story of how Mr. Roofing started and became the company it is today. We were impressed but, to be sure, we obtained 3 additional roofing company bids. The winner was Mr Roofing due to their professionalism and fair price offer. The job started 2 weeks later. We had 2 layers of roof to remove, eaves to cut back, new gutters, downspouts and had a solar light installation. The 7 man crew was led by Osvaldo. They arrived early and started work on time every day. They were professional, courteous and handled each task without hesitation. They cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day. Osvaldo made sure all of our questions, concerns or unexpected issues that came up, were handled. We are extremely pleased with the overall experience and wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Roofing."

"From the start, Mitchel from Mr. Roofing starts to put your mind at ease. It's not from telling you what you want to hear, but rather being up front and starting with straight facts. From there, decisions you make are done with confidence. Since Mr. Roofing are roofers first, they were able to tell me specifically about how the solar installation would work with my lightweight concrete tile roof. And even though their quote using a premium solar panel was more expensive than other bids, I simply did not have confidence that the other bids were accurate or that the other suppliers, who contract out the installation, would install the panels correctly and keep the roof leak free. The installation was quick, and Nick kept me informed every step of the way, and he gave me all the options including the pros and cons with each decision. Nothing was rushed, quality work was prioritized yet the work was deliberate and efficient. I am extremely happy with the experience and I have confidence that my solar array is simply going to be forgotten ... in a good way. I bet I'm only going to be reminded when I get the electricity bill every month or perhaps when I occasionally gaze at the roof and notice the beautiful panels. And that's how it should be."

"We have been thinking about solar panels for a while, and with our current roof coming to the end of its service life we started looking around for a solution. We decided early on that we wanted someone who will handle both the roofing work and the solar installation. We decided on Mr Roofing because they use high quality products for both the roof and the solar, and have a very good warranty. Their name also came up a lot on social media as the best roofer around. We liked that the roof and solar mounts are integrated together. The whole experience went very well. Everyone we worked with at Mr Roofing was very professional. I had a few questions while the work was going on and they took the time to explain the answers to me. They kept the jobsite very clean. At the end of the project they sat down with me and went over the operation of the solar system, all the documents were put together in a binder. They did all the legwork with PG&E and the city. We also had a skylight installed. They really know their stuff."
