"My wife and recently hired Modern Roofing to replace our roof that had been severely damaged by hailstorms. Preston was our contact with the company, and he did an excellent job. He did the inspection and met with the Insurance Adjuster to discuss the damage. Preston met with us to discuss our options and what we could expect from the replacement process. I was very pleased with the job that the installers did. They were very good at the replacement job and the cleanup that was required. I am very thankful for their efforts to ensure that all of the nails and waste was removed and the whole area was cleaned. They completed several follow up inspections to ensure that all of the waste was properly removed. They were very professional and honest in the job that they did for us. "The young man Evan Beaver who came to inspect our roof for hail damage was wonderful. He was here when the insurance adjuster came to answer questions and walked us through the whole process. The roofing team was incredible and picked up all roofing trash and nails. Another inspector from the company came a day later to inspect their work and ask me if I was satisfied . These guys were great. The gutters went up a day later. Once again a great job. Thanks Modern Roofing! P.S. I went by and met the owners....great people!"

"Modern Roofing was very professional, on time, and most importantly they respond to emails, texts, or calls quickly. Victor Canastraro was very polite, prompt and professional with appointments. First off, my situation, I called Foremost Insurance, and they sent out an adjuster to inspect the damages after I noticed a brown water leak stain on the interior roof in my den, this leak was during an intense wind and pouring rainstorm. The adjuster inspected the roof and told me that there is some wind damage and that it was $510.99 worth of damages and that I have a $500 deductible and will cash me out $10.99, I refused to accept this unfair but more than that it was an insulting offer, and I told the adjuster that I know there is more damages than he wanted to admit, and why am I paying homeowners insurance if my roof is not covered on my policy. My friend at work and her ex-husband had recommended Modern Roofing and that I should have them to inspect my roof to get a professional roofer's opinion. I called modern Roofing, and they sent Victor Canastraro and he told me before he even inspected the roof that he can tell for sure I needed a new roof, he inspected the roof and stated there are a lot of damages and he recommended a whole new updated roof installation. Victor and Elizabeth Moyer contacted my homeowner's insurance explaining the roof damages and the insurance adjuster kept avoiding the emails, texts, calls, voicemails, finally Victor instructed me to speak to the adjuster's supervisor to get another adjuster, the following week another adjuster and Patrick from Modern Roofing both inspected the roof, and both agreed it was definitely in need of a whole new roof installation. On 8-5-2022 the crew replaced my roof and also replaced a few sheets of plywood that was damaged. I totally recommend Modern Roofing and they have done an awesome job on my roof installation. Our personal thanks go to Victor and Elizabeth for their hard work and for them being on our side to instruct our moves and they made sure we got our new roof.
