"We needed our roof and gutters replaced due to age and a slight leak just starting to form. Millstream came out, inspected and was able to schedule our roof and gutters to be done very quickly. Work and cleanup was completed within 1 day, with the site manager coming back the next day to doublecheck the work and touch up some of the cleanup, and even came back again to reinstall a cupola that I needed to repair (due to age, not the work). Everybody from the initial inspector, to the team in the office and the working crew were very professional and took the time to answer all my questions about the process, maintenance, and the product/work warranty. Gutters were contracted to another local company by Millstream, who were similarly quick, professional and took the time to talk to/explain everything to me. I have reviewed them separately."

"We were so happy with the quality of service from start to finish. Chris came out personally to do the roof inspection, walked us through the insurance process, and helped us pick our shingle color before install. Millstream kept us informed on the scheduled timing of roof installation and the work the team did was great. We were amazed with how hard his crew worked. They were able to take all the shingles off, install a new roof, and cleanup in less than 3 days. We highly recommend them for any roofing project!"

"I normally don't leave poor reviews for companies, but I was really disappointed in Millstream. We were looking to have new skylights added to our home, and found that Millstream was a Certified Installer through the manufacturer. They were listed as being a certified installer for "New Skylight Installation" as we as "Replacement Skylight" installation. When I called Millstream I had a lengthy conversation with the woman who answered the phone about *adding* (not replacing) skylights to our home. She told me it was something they did. Subsequently, I rearranged my schedule and came into town (from out of state) to have an appointment with their rep. After an 1hr+ appointment, I was told I'd have the estimate in a few days. After a few days went by I was informed (over text) by the rep that they "don't do new installations". To recap: the manufacturer lists them as doing new installations, their office manager/receptionist told me they do new installations, and their sales rep told me they do installations; but turns out, they don't actually do new installations. They seem like a reputable company and I will say I had a great experience with every person I spoke to throughout the process, but there was an utter breakdown in communication between all the different parts, which resulted in a massive waste of my time. Unfortunately the trust is gone. Which is a shame b/c I was also planning on using them for 3 new roofs as well as windows."

"I have no idea how this company has such a high rating. We went with them to replace all the sky lights, put on a new roof, and new gutters on our house. I don’t know where to start on how bad the experience has been. The sales person seemed completely disconnected from the people doing the actual work. The color we selected was not correct when the company called to confirm. When the people came to put the roof on more problems came up. One sky light blind was ordered instead of the needed 6. So now I have one skylight with a blind and I can’t even use it because the controller for them wasn’t ordered or installed. Who knows if that will ever be done. There has been zero communication from the millstream. The people installing your roof will speak zero English. I don’t have a problem with not many of them speaking English but I do think at least one person working on your property should be able to translate. The majority of the time not a single person of about 5-8 people could communicate with me. I’m still picking up both food wrappers and plastic tea bottles as well as sharp metal pieces and nails. Careful of your kids or animals after this company comes through…. Last is I still don’t have gutters. Apparently they subcontract this out and there was zero communication when this would be completed. Today we had one person arrive at the house to take measurements for the gutters with zero heads up to us. No phone call, email or notice of any kind. And to top all of this off, they tried to collect the final half of the job cost midway through just putting the roof on. I refused to pay it and got an apology saying that the payment should not had been requested before the job was complete. This is just another example of how disorganized internally this “company” is. I will give them 2 stars because the roof itself came out good looking. However I have still received terrible if not non existent communication from Millstream and still have none functional skylights and gutters."

"Our experience with Millstream was very favorable. We replaced a 23 year old roof that, while not yet failing, was ready for an upgrade. Eric B. was our estimator/sales person - he was knowledgable, personable and provided a competitive quote. I like the fact that Millstream only uses top quality products from Owens-Corning and they are local to the area. I'm a bit of a stickler when it comes to contractual terms, especially with an expense this large, and Eric was patient and accommodating when I requested that additional details on the products needed to be added to the contract prior to signing. On demo/install day a crew of six arrived right on time. Admittedly, I was a bit apprehensive, as the crew arrived in a standard unmarked white panel van, not a Millstream vehicle. That said, outside of a brief lunch break, the crew worked non-stop from 7am to around 5pm. Start to finish, the project was finished in a day. Despite some language barriers, the crew was polite, knew what they were doing and, no exaggeration, were some of the hardest working individuals that I've ever seen. If had one minor suggestion it would be for someone from the Millstream office to check in periodically throughout the day with a call or text to see if we had any questions, concerns, etc. Aside from that minor point, all in all, the roof came out great and we expect that in the unlikely event that we have any issues, the Millstream team will stand behind their work. Based on our experience, we would recommend Millstream without hesitation."

"Dave at Millstream was a pleasure to work with during the review and quoting process. I tend to want to understand all the details and what I’m getting for the cost and he was very thorough and clear with each response. The overall quote was well within that of other local reputable companies I had quotes with and the quality I received looks to be great as there have been no further water issues that were occurring on the previous roof line. The on-site workers were very considerate and efficient to get the job completed very quickly. The project manager, Anthony, was easy to get a hold of and maintain proper direction. There were a few bumps in communication between the quoting activity and what Anthony understood needed to be accomplished but he was quick to sort those out and keep everything on track without any cost issues to me. That extra I put in to make sure everything was as I had intended with the Dave is the only reason why I didn’t give 5 star but is certainly not something that would keep me from working with Millstream again. I highly recommend their service."

"The weather wasn’t perfect, we had thunderstorms in afternoon, but team didn’t back out and finished the roof in one day. As part of the sale press we discussed Ridge Vents which I wanted to help with the heat upstairs in the summer. Somehow it didn’t make it to the Contract and I didn’t catch it when I signed it electronically. During the afternoon of the installation I noticed that was not being installed, mentioned it to the on site manager and he quickly adjusted an put it on. Awesome job from the team. "I emailed from the website for an estimate on Sunday night. I received a call first thing Monday morning. I had an estimate the following morning. So, there is quick response time, and I had a fast estimate appointment. Then the salesman Craig was helpful, knowledgeable, explained everything, answered all questions, was patient, and had an estimate emailed to us within minutes. Upon making the decision to go with Millstream, we decided to go through financing. Craig brought us through the process fast and flawlessly. We had a soft install date for about 2 weeks depending on weather and material but this was no shock because it had already been explained in detail prior to signing the contract. Then we received a call letting us know the install date. All workers and materials were delivered on time, pictures and monitoring go on throughout the work process to ensure quality assurance. All the things we missed from removing around the perimeter were moved so they didn't get destroyed or damaged. The installation was completed in one day. I received a call, gutters were installed the next day. There were some minor things we had questions about and wanted fixed. This was received with professionalism, complete communication, and rectified immediately. I communicated with the office-Candi, sales-Craig, operations-Josh, and workers-Manuel. My warranty was received within a week via email prior to the written warranty that will arrive in the mail. Every single person we dealt with was outstanding. The work is excellent. The team is wonderful. Everyone is professional and Millstream is exactly what you would want and expect when hiring a contractor. We are very happy and will gladly recommend them.
