This residential contractor is a GAF Factory-Certified Contractor. GAF trains and tests thousands of the best roofers in the country and makes sure they're appropriately licensed and insured so they can offer the best warranties.

"May 17 Update: Quality Manager called about a week ago and stated they would come out and completely redo the install. However, we still do not have a date for the service fix or a follow-up phone call. Funny side note, our back neighbor had a Majic salesperson out and pointed to our windows and stated these were Majic and that salesperson said "that can't be Majic, those are awful and do not meet our quality standards." I will continue to update this review until Majic resolves their poor quality on this job. Update May 2023: We finally had a service representative out to repair the job. He told us the job was so poorly done, the job was too big for him. He is recommending a total removal of the caulk and having it done correctly. Customer Service is supposed to call us, we’ll see if that happens. We bought two large slider windows and a very expensive bay window unit. Our satisfaction continues to go down. This is not the same level of service we received with our other two purchases from Majic. Original Review: The installers were late arriving and they still were not done after 8 pm so they rushed the caulking. Now we can’t get service to fix it. They also left a mess in the yard, pulled a large thread in the carpet and put a small hole in the wall. This was not an optimal experience and different from previous experiences. Since customer service isn’t responsive, we probably won’t use them again."
"Marshall and his team were amazing! The 8-man crew arrived on time and replaced 39 windows in our 35-year-old home in less than two days! They were hardworking, professional, courteous, and competent in each of their specific tasks. Marshall's lead and attention to detail is exemplary. Tayler's window recommendations were spot on to increase our glass space! Thank you for a job well done! It was a great experience and we will enjoy our "Majic" view for many years to come!"
"Majic installation crew Joseph, Wayne and Hunter were out to install our 9 replacement windows today. They arrived promptly and were very efficient and friendly. Removal, installation and clean up was completed in 4 hours. They answered all my curious questions and did a great clean up at the end. We are very happy with the installation and have noticed a big difference from our 20 yr old "builders special" windows. We have already recommended Majic to our neighbors! Update: After one week, we feel the need to provide an update to our review. While the window installation was good and the windows seem to be a good product, what we were expecting and agreed to with the salesman is different than what we ended up with. And let's not even talk about the span of time from contract to install - over 4 months - when we were told to expect 8 weeks until delivery and install shortly thereafter. We were told the trim would not be removed, no painting would be required and we could reuse the blinds. All good news for us! But when the installer arrived, we were told that all the inside trim would be removed and replaced with wood trim that we will have to prime and paint. We had planned to rehang the original blinds but discovered that due to the new trim, the blinds no longer fit. Also, each window of the 3 window unit is a totally different size than the one it replaced. Now we are priming and painting and looking at about a $2000 expense for new shades to replace the originals which were purchased by the previous owner only 4 years ago."
