"This company is the worst company DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT use them!! The new neighborhood I live in they installed the roofing, John Balfanz homes and every single one of the homes here has had tiles falling off. They rush to do the home cause they’re paid by “Piece Work” they pay 1200 per roof to the workers they are sloppy they don’t align anything all the tiles are crooked or falling off. If you want proof come to see the Berkshire estates by John Balfanz. I spoke to the owners brother he said Cosmetics is the last thing anyone should worry about. The product they use should last even if the tiles fall off or even if the work looks horrible. DO NOT purchase homes from John Balfanz either they have horrible workers that are barley starting out, they can’t build houses right. Please boycott both companies"

A GAF Master Elite® Contractor can also offer the GAF System Plus Limited Warranty, increasing your Smart Choice® Protection Period from 10 to 50 years and including tear off.
