"My roof project was complicated- sagging rafters, and mold damage due to poor ventilation, in addition to the re-roofing. I could tell when a contractor was not confident or terribly interested in really doing the job well. But L H Krueger and Son was different. Jess dove in and explained in great detail what he was seeing and what we needed to do. He listened to me about wanting a real, lasting fix and helped coordinate carpentry services with the roof job to correct the roofline and then install a quality roof that looks fantastic and has an incredible warranty. Communication and timing was good despite delays that everyone is experiencing these days. If you are looking for just a quick fix, look elsewhere. "Needed repair of rotting soffit details on second story. Three "contractors" came out to look, said they would "get back", but never did. Mark P. of Krueger came out, gave a written estimate and schedule, Krueger's repair tech, Tom, a great guy, showed up as scheduled, and completed the work very professionally. My wife could not tell where the work had been done. Krueger is the rare company that actually communicates with their customers, has competent repair people and completes work on time. Highly recommend them for home repair work!"
