"Called for shingle repair and vent install. Sent a guy out who said he'd call back with an estimate. Waited a week then called and asked the lady if she new how much longer before he would have the estimate ready. She acted bothered that I would ask such a thing and said in a very rude tone "Sir I have NO IDEA!!" It must be so nice for all these businesses to be so blessed with so many jobs that they can treat customers so poorly and still get rich."
