    "Through an insurance claim, Olympus Insurance told me I HAD to go through JA Edwards for a new roof (my only option to have it covered through the insurance I had been paying for years). While the houses around me were and are continuing to get their roofs replaced w/better quality materials (through their insurance claims) and in a timely manner, I STILL have their excess supplies in my yard for OVER 1-1/2 months AFTER completion, AND they still HAVE NOT completed or scheduled a promised wind mitigation. I have contacted JA Edwards multiple times and Olympus Insurance regarding both the supplies and wind mitigation. In my opinion, both are very unprofessional for allowing this to happen."

    "Just had our new roof installed. Our house looks better now than when it was new. Ryan Freeman, Field Trainer, did a great job helping us to pick the shingles, color of the drip edge, etc.; he also was great in identifying the hail damage and working with the insurance company on our claim. Jay Vazquez, Project Manager, and his hard working crew did an exceptional job with the installation. Jay kept informed us of every step in the process. He was up on the roof inspecting the work at every stage, answered all our questions, and did everything he could to make the finished product look so good!"

    "Buyer BEWARE! I am a realtor and in the process of getting my client to sale their home, leaks started happening with a “NEW” roof. Only 2 years old! Looking at previous reviews it appears that others have experienced the same issues. The first leak was such a hassle to get fixed they tried to blame it on the vents even after we discussed the vents are nowhere near the leaks, they said my client would have to pay $500 for new vents. It also appears that they always have a way to save themselves of course. But this is about ETHICS. If you made a mistake own up to it and fix it, it took for me to call out 2 other roofers to come out and inspect, they were able to prove Jay Edwards mistake, and that is when finally decided to fix it (Photos will be uploaded). Now my clients have another leak in another area, again its about ethics, how horrible is the job done for a new roof to have leaks in different areas, a brand new roof should not being giving so many issues so soon. They can talk about their warranty and contracts all they want but the point again is a new roof should not be having these issues so soon! The quality of their roofs is not worth the hassle, please buyer beware."
