"Innovative Roofing responded immediately and listened attentively when I called and described the roof leak we were having. The problem was starting where two different kinds of roofs met, a complex area where there was also a second floor deck. Mr. Perez was very professional when he came to evaluate and give an estimate. He creatively designed a custom insert to divert water, which his employee built and installed. Mr. Perez then came back by and inspected the finished job, few contractors do that these days! I highly recommend Innovative Roofing & Siding! 2022 brought additional storm damage and we called Innovative again. Carlos is fantastic! He can find the source of a leak better than anyone! He removed many layers to get down to the problem and then meticulously built back everything! Rocky was on the job too and communcated well with us everything that needed to be done. I highly recommend Innovative!!!"

"Innovative Roofing and Siding took care of my roof repair needs from start to finish. From the initial inspection to quote, contract and commencement of work I felt certain that this company knew what they were doing and had the crews on staff that knew how to handle the products expertly. My home is only 9 years old and the original roof installers did not know how to properly install the specialty shingles I had purchased; however, they did not indicate they had no knowledge of this particular shingles unique installation needs up front. Fast forward 9 years and I have water damage evidence to ceilings, hardwood floors and expensive rugs. Innovative Roofing and Siding began my job when they said they would, they showed up on time, with a foreman that oversaw the work, and proper equipment. The extent of the damage to my roof was far worse than we could have seen before taking off the original shingles. The crew took extensive photos of the damage so I could see what was going to need to be done to repair everything that was damaged. They even needed to replace water damaged ceiling joists! Of course, the extra work meant extra costs but, I wanted the job done right. The job went from an estimated 2 day job to a 6 day job. They even worked Saturday and Sunday in an effort to keep their schedule on track, as much as possible, for the other customers behind me. Innovative Roofing and Siding was a fantastic company to work with, gave me honest and specific appraisals of what they needed to do to make the proper repairs, and gave me a very fair bill at the end of the job. "I worked with Jordan Perez at Innovative Roofing. My wife and I recently purchased a home that we knew needed roof work done. A roof warranty supposedly came with the house -- but the company had since gone under. Needless to say, we were really nervous. Jordan was out to our new home in a matter of days after contacting Innovative Roofing and Siding. He eased our fears, told us we were actually in great shape, and that he could repair the roof for us. Later, I noticed some siding that needed done as well. I emailed Jordan to see if we could get this added on. He came back out the next day and surveyed the siding. Our home is older, so we couldn't find an exact match, but his crew cut hardy board for us to match almost perfectly. We just have to paint. Further, I cannot speak more highly of the crew. They were on time, professional, and did a fantastic job. Everything was very affordable, Jordan and crew were amiable, and I highly recommend this company."
