"I was happy that the process was explained to me about my roof. They finished the job quickly which was positive rather than having work done over multiple days. We're still finding many nails. I figured someone would have used a magnet to pick up nails in the area when the project was finished. The back side of my roof looks great. However, there is a horizontal line of several shingles that still aren't laying flush with my roof. I had a spot on my roof that bowed before my roof replacement. I asked if that could be corrected by Hopkins. I said I would find someone else if it couldn't be fixed. I was assured it would be corrected. Now I think it is worse. I was hoping someone would show up to do a final inspection that I was promised. Nope, no one has showed up. I am frustrated with a company that got stellar reviews from people I knew personally. It is my hope that someone calls and resolves my issues with me sooner rather than later."
