  • "I had to have my whole home re-piped due to a water line in the concrete slab rupturing and causing a lot of water damage. HEP gave me a price that I could live with so I ok'd the work. This past Saturday I discovered water in the floor outside my laundry room. After looking, I find that the cold line to my washer was leaking and had caused damage to some flooring and sheetrock on the outer wall. (Washer 100% was NOT leaking prior to the work being done) I made the call to the company while simultaneously removing the wet flooring and about 10 square feet of the sheetrock to prevent further damage and mold. A field manager was sent to look at it, took pictures and yesterday I get a call and I'm told that they will not be fixing the damage caused by the negligent install of the line. Today that call was reinforced. HEP doubled down and said they weren't liable for the damages. I tried to be fair to them and tell them that my insurance has already paid for the floor to be repaired from the previous water damage, I just wanted the wall fixed (insurance already paid for it to be painted too!) So, over what would've been $35 in material they lost a customer. 11/10 would not recommend."

  • "Very quick response. Main pipe was clogged since last week. Called 5 different locations, all unavailable, a couple places were booked for 2 weeks, 2 never picked up with voice boxes full. HEP picked up quickly, and Aaron and William showed up early and had me back up and running. Great guys, great humor and personalities, quickly resolved the issue and gave a military discount. Great to work with and I am greatly appreciated for the quick response and getting me and my family back up and running. I Highly recommend HEP to anyone looking for good and quick service to all your plumbing and AC needs. Thank you so much HEP, Aaron and William for your time and help. 5 stars!!!!!"

  • "I just needed a pressure check on my gas line to my garage, then the line being half a foot apart , from were the meter would be, connected to the gas line. That's it. I got charged $68 and only got advice. I was told it will overall cost me close to 6 or $700 to do the job. We was told it was a $200 permit with the inspector. Then of course I suppose the labor fees were added. That is absolutely ridiculous and appalling! I looked up how much a permit actually is it wasn't near what they were asking. So that tells me that I was being seriously overcharged for the permit and the labor. More like $150 2 $200 job. I'm wondering if they're actually working on commission. We bought the house as is. We were then told why didn't they run the gas line from the house to the garage but the garage was built many years after the house. I'm sorry but we feel like we're being taken advantage of! My wife told me it was a young kid that they had sent out. When I had initially called they said they can have someone out there that day. An hour later they called and said that they could not have anyone out there to service and could they reschedule. I said fine and I scheduled 5 days out at 10 a.m.. ended up being 6 hours late just to get charged $68 to be told that it could be about $700 to $600 job....good grief! ! If you want ripped here, here you go"
