  • "We hired Hall Ryan to do a decent sized remodel on our house. This included new flooring, knocking down a few walls, exterior skimming, painting, modernizing the front and back porches, and a TOTAL basement gut job. We got a few quotes and they were right in line with what others quoted, and a bit less in some places. They’ve been there on the weekends to make sure we are back in the house at the timeframe they promised. I don’t know they got so much done so quickly. They must have a loyal group of subs which says something, especially in this crazy market where it’s really hard to a GC or any contractor. All of the crew have been amazing and very professional. They also have this project management portal where they upload daily logs and photos of their process so we know exactly what has been done without even being at the house. Communication has been great and am also excited Kadrian has such a great eye for design. She’s been super helpful in bringing my vision to life and trust her making decisions on cabinet, flooring and tile. Which is hard for me because I’m very particular when it comes to design. We’ve had a great experience with this big undertaking and it all looks incredible! So happy we went with them."

  • "We contracted to have our driveway replaced and a small addition of concrete to the side garage door, I assumed it would be pretty cut and dry...halfway through, the truth became evident. We had 5 estimates and Hall Ryan was the most expensive but we figured we should pay a premium price to get premium results...we did not. A 2x4 used to frame the area between our neighbors grass and our driveway was left in place and concrete was finished up to the end of the board so when it was removed there was a hard 90 degree angle of concrete about half the way down that side of the driveway and it looked awful. They offered to fill the area with dirt and seed it, this was a terrible idea, whenever the grass was mowed the angles would be obvious. Instead of offering to fix it correctly they offered to try and hide it instead. They ran the concrete over the top of the neighbors fence(on top of the horizontal board). The expansion joints ran anywhere between 1/2 of an inch to over an inch with no consistency. We pressed them to correct their mistakes and after many text messages and calls they decided to have their concrete guy meet me and my wife at the house to come to a resolution. They decided to cut out 2 sections of concrete and saw cut the hard right angles left by the form board and cut the area out around our neighbors fence. After being told they would be out on the next Thursday...they pushed it out till “early the next week”. I let them know that I had taken time off work to be there for the repair given the workmanship we had already experienced. I told them I had to be back to work on Friday, they finally showed up Thursday at 3:00pm. I was very disappointed that they would not work within the time parameters I had given them. They assured me that it would be perfect...it was not. They said that the replacement sections would match the rest of the driveway...it does not. Their estimate was ~$9500. We settled on a lesser amount but my driveway will always be 2 different colors, the expansion joints will always look terrible, and I will see their inferior work daily between the lies and excuses I will never recommend this company.."
