Gafco Construction was founded in 1980 by a hardworking and talented contractor. He believed in superior workmanship, quality service, and professional results. 50+ years later Gafco is still roofing the Pacific Northwest. His philosophy has been passed down to his son who now runs Gafco. Erik and his team at Gafco are committed to ensuring homeowners that they are getting the most reliable service in the industry.

The GAF Shingle & Accessory Limited Warranty provides a Lifetime limited warranty term and 10-year 100% coverage period during which GAF will provide both installation labor costs and replacement GAF products necessary to repair your roof due to a manufacturing defect for 10 years.
A GAF Master Elite® Contractor can also offer the GAF System Plus Limited Warranty, increasing your Smart Choice® Protection Period from 10 to 50 years and including tear off.
