About Us
Formula Roofing and Remodeling is a family owned and operated local Denver roofing company specializing in high-end asphalt roofing system installation. We employ in-house insurance claim specialists, and provide gutter, siding, and painting services. Along with our concrete and clay tile division 'Custom Tile Roofing,' we have been serving Colorado since 1981.

"We had to get new roofs in our complex per the HOA, and are being assessed over $10,000 which is really unfortunate based on the service the roofers provided. The foreman of the project was very unprofessional and snarky. They didn't clean up their nails, and left nails in the paths of our cars in our driveway. The work that was done had to be inspected various times by their inspectors and repaired multiple times. It took over a month for them to finish my roof in particular when it seemed every other resident's roof around me were getting completed in a few days time. Overall, the experience was awful for the amount of money we are being forced to pay by the HOA, for something we didn't want to have done in the first place."
