"Had a full roof/decking and gutters done. Estimate was competitive, and the lifetime warranty on the roof sold me. Had some minor issues with the gutter install, but Drew Bailey was quick to follow up and make things right with me. My roof looks great, and it's comforting knowing it is 100% new from the rafters up. Good for us, and the next owners when the time comes! Appreciate all the hard work from your entire team."

"*Dropping to 2 stars. I have a less than acceptable outcome, and their response is for me to call them? That's weak customer service. You guys have my info. Had a roof/gutter job done. Drip edge is pinched behind the gutter in one spot I can see, rendering it useless. Threw a level on one section I can access from deck, and it's perfectly level despite the appearance. Held onto water from this morning's rain, which won't work. I'll now have to go buy a $250-300 ladder and spend time to readjust it all myself to look right."

From the day Travis first looked at my wind damaged roof to Dan keeping me apprised of a rain delay through the day Santos and his crew installed my beautiful new roof and left my yard looking like they had never been there, this has been a pleasant experience. First, Travis is trustworthy. He also knows the business and is excellent at explaining both roofing and insurance. He had suggestions and I am glad I followed each one. Our meeting with the adjustor was casual and positive and insurance is covering almost all of the cost. On the install day Dan was available and actually explained some of the new technologies that could prevent some of the issues we were seeing with my older roof. He assured me I can call him if I have any issues and I have no doubt he'll take care of them. And Santos and his crew are amazing. They all work hard, they are pleasant and say hi, they do great work, they take great care of the property, and they clean up. Not one flower was smashed, not one piece of shingle was left and I haven't seen a single nail. And I have a beautiful new roof !"

"We hired Feazel Roofing to replace our roof following some wind damage. From the moment we met them, we knew we were in great hands. They took care of everything quickly and efficiently. They worked with our insurance company to get the replacement approved, then met with us again to choose the shingles, and go over the process. They answered all our questions. And when it came time to do the job, the crew couldn't have been more professional. Punctual. Organized. Safe. They covered all of our bushes and flowers with tarps so the landscaping wouldn't be damaged. During the roofing process, they discovered three of our skylights were not legitimate skylights (they were home-made) and desperately needed to be replaced. Because of their size, it turns out they had to be custom-made. That delayed the project for a week or so while the crews waited for the skylights to be fabricated. During the delay, they covered the roof with a giant tarp to protect it from the elements. Once the roof was finished, the crew was scrupulous in cleaning the property of all debris, including roofing nails that had fallen on the ground. They did an excellent job from start to finish. Once everything was done, their billing department provided us with a detailed explanation of all the charges. We love our new roof and appreciate all that Feazel did to make it happen."

My background is construction management and Quality Assurance, I have dealt with many sub-contractors, including roofing, so I know for which I speak. 1) Salesperson (Zach) anxious to get my 50% deposit, THEN I was told it would be 4-6 weeks before install. 2) 50% deposit is MUCH higher than most companies 3) After four weeks, I said cancel the contract of you cannot get the job done soon. But I got: If this contract is canceled by the customer after the three (3) days from the execution hereof, the customer shall pay to the company 15% of the contract price as liquidated damages, not as a penalty, and the Company agrees to accept such as a reasonable and just compensation for the work performed as result of said cancellation. 4) The roof was installed approximately a week later. 5) Before the roof was installed, I asked the sales person (many times), what will be my final cost, I was texted: “im not the numbers guy”. 6) Feazel has two prices on the contract, “contract price” and “agreeable price” – they differ, be careful. 7) Roof was horribly installed, Feazel had rip off the new roof and reinstall it. BUT this second install would not have happened if I did not inspect the first roof install. 8) Before the second roof was installed, the production manager asked me: “if I reinstall your roof will you take down the negative review on Google?” I asked if he was blackmailing me? 9) Project manager did not stay on site during the first install. 10) The negatives go on and on, cigarette butts in the lawn, crew did not speak English, Drip edge was small pieces, etc. 11) Update: THREE MONTHS later I finally received the final bill -wow, this company does not do anything in a timely manner. To top it off, the invoice was due the day I received it (emailed) and it was for a higher amount then agreed. My Opinion: STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! As mentioned, I have dealt with many sub-contractors in my trade, I would never hire this company again, one of the worst ordeals I have had just to complete a simple job."
