    "Exterior Medics was able to schedule a free roof inspection upon our initial call. The roof expert arrived on-time and gave us an honest opinion about the work we would have to do (Cedar shake roof with some curling condition - fix vs replacing with shingle) and talked us through options with pros and cons. He was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and timely. He was also able to give us rough estimate of total replacement on the spot. Overall, we were very pleased with our initial encounter with Exterior Medics and look forward to work with them in the future."

    "I reside in clustered, piggyback townhouses/cons in Arlington, VA. I live in the smallest unit and contractors find it most difficult to easily navigate their jobs. Exterior Medics performed two jobs to my unit. One was exterior repair of the wood siding and the surfaces underneath that which had experienced long-term water damage. They did an excellent job and matched the paint & siding most readily. Also they inspected the inside damage to my bedroom closet. They quickly informed our our management team know what needed to be done. Then management & our BODs hired another contractor to perform the interior work. In addition, exterior medics rebuilt all of the decks and balconies in our development. They did an excellent job, once again it was not an easy job with the spaces being so tight and confined — they did not let that stop their team of contractor from performing more than anticipated as far as the strength of the structure and the aesthetics. If there was something that needed some tweaking — they did not bicker and argue, their Office manager simply put it on the bucket list and they scheduled the work and performed it and fixed whatever was necessary. In addition, their team of workers are professional and very personable. I highly recommend Exterior Medics. They get the job done quickly and efficiently with an excellent and result."

    "They were able to schedule a next day inspection. Our tech arrived early 🎉 and gave us an honest opinion about the extent of work we would have to do (replacing aluminum siding with vinyl) and talked us through options for replacing parts of the house versus everything. He was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and timely. Due to some tech issues, he was not able to give us price quotes on the spot, but did schedule an early morning call to review it with us. Overall, we were very pleased with our initial encounter with Exterior Medics and look forward to continuing to work with them."

Scheduled immediately - even when the weather intervened, they let me know immediately what was going to happen and rescheduled. They finished on Christmas Eve!
