"Evergreen roofing had reroofed my house in the past and did a very good job. When I contacted them about several small jobs, however, I got nowhere. A staff member came out to measure for one of the jobs and later called about the other job. I called 3 or 4 times to get a bid and a timeline, and the receptionist said that she would relay the request, but I never received a call back. If I had received a call saying that they were too busy for small jobs, I would have understood. Being ignored is something far different."
