"I am extremely disappointed that an organization in 2023 would approach customers in the manner I was approached by this organization. A respectful young man came to my door to solicit free quotes and as I do know I need at least windows, I agreed to allowing this company to come to my home. He had asked me if there were additional homeowners or a husband or spouse who owns the home with me. I explained I owned the home alone. He then called the scheduler, who asked me to confirm every piece of information I gave the young man. When she asked me if there was another homeowner, I said "no, it's just me" and she asked me again "there's no other homeowner or husband or partner?" I repeated myself again "no, it's just me." and I was already frustrated that I had now been asked that question three times, as though it is unbelievable for a woman to own her home. Still, I wanted this young man to be rewarded for his hard work (going door-to-door is incredibly hard work, in my opinion) and I truly need a quote on windows and siding. Then, on the day of, the scheduler called me again and began confirming again all the details of the appointment, and then she asked me for the fourth time if there was another homeowner. To say the least, she received a lengthy answer from me and I am very disappointed to say that I had to cancel the appointment. When I explained my concerns, the scheduler replied "we're just doing our jobs." I will not work with an organization so antiquated and untrusting that I would be repeatedly questioned as to whether or not I was truly the only homeowner. Further, the assumptions around my sexual preference in referencing husbands is absolutely unacceptable in today's day and age. I sincerely hope the young man who came to my door and secured the "sale" of a quote appointment still gets credit for his work. I named that for the scheduler as well. His performance had absolutely nothing to do with me cancelling the appointment and instead the reason for my cancellation is because of a larger cultural problem with this company."

"Excellent customer service and workmanship! We had our roof replaced. From the initial visit, Brandon was very comprehensive in sharing what the job would entail. He detailed everything, took pictures of the roof and showed us what our roof needed. When we agreed, he assured us that the job would be done to our satisfaction. The roof was completed yesterday and the job was done beautifully! The workers cleaned up everything and left our property as beautiful as it had been. Brandon stopped by today to do a walk around to make sure we were satisfied. He spent some time with us answering questions BEFORE getting paid for the job!! Elevated Remodeling is a fine company to deal with and I would highly recommend using them for your remodeling needs!"
