They worked closely with my insurance company to ensure my out of pocket expenses were as low as possible. The process was impressive. They completely installed a new roof in a day. "My home was damaged as a result of the 9/1 tornado in Edgewater, MD. I was referred to Economy Restoration by my tree service (shout out to Independent Tree Care LLC), and I cannot be happier I followed up. They immediately came to my home, assessed the extent of my damage and started the wheels turning to set things right. They met with my adjustor, and sent out a fence company to provide an estimate for replacing my fence (outside of their normal scope of operations). Communication has been outstanding. I'm fully aware of when projects are scheduled to be completed, and they've been done as promised. Every crew they have sent has been courteous and thorough - not to mention arriving on schedule, which is no small feat considering the amount of work they're doing in the neighborhood. They've taken what could have been a real nightmare to navigate and have turned into the best sort of outcome I could have anticipated. I cannot recommend them enough!"

"If there was an option for zero stars that would be my choice. The experience using Economy Restoration was horrible. They were hired to install siding , replace fascia and soffit and replace gutters on screened in porch we had closed in (approx. 300 sq ft). After three days of being on the job they had only installed the siding and partially started to demo the fascia metal and soffit and gutters. In retrospect after the first three days of doing practically nothing, they went three consecutive days of telling us they would be out to finish the job and all three of those days nobody was on site at all. It was nearly impossible to get a hold of anyone to find out when they would be back to complete the job! Each day when they were done working I had to walk around my back patio picking up nails and cigarette butts that the workers had left behind just to make sure my kids and dog could safely use the back yard. We eventually had to hire another company to come finish the work that Economy Restoration couldn't manage to get done. The new company was able to finish the job in about 6 hours time and cleaned up spotlessly after themselves. After speaking to the new project manager he informed me that this entire job should have been finished in 2 days max with the proper planning and personnel! I wouldn't allow Economy Restoration to do work at my house again even if they were offering free work nor would I ever recommend any friend or family ever use them for any future projects!!"
