"When I can get them to do work for me I've generally been satisfied with it. A year ago I had a job I needed them to do and the project manner kept blowing me off continually until I finally had to hire someone else to do the job. Over a week ago I called them to try to get an estimate for another job and I have gotten no response from anybody for 10 days. Obviously they don't need my business so I guess I'll just take it elsewhere from now on. If they don't want to do the work it would be nice if someone would tell me that but their lack of responsiveness strikes me as completely unprofessional."

A GAF Master Elite® Contractor can also offer the GAF System Plus Limited Warranty, increasing your Smart Choice® Protection Period from 10 to 50 years and including tear off.
