"We had our roof replaced last year - May 2020. I wanted to wait for the review to give the product adequate time to showcase any performance issues from the initial install. We did the typical vetting for local contractors, and given the size and type of roofing (very standard single roof line / bi-level), all of the quotes were reasonably close. This prompted me to do more investigative research into operations, BBB checks, etc. to find what I could. DePalma was easily a front runner, however what helped them stand out was warranty features as well as options. While our roof may be a ho hum job to roofing contractors who see hundreds a year, to me it's the most important one as it's over my head, and I want the contractor to feel the same way. DePalma understood my concerns and took the time to answer my questions and walk us through everything, even if it was basic to them. The job was completed in about 4 hours, and I found maybe 2 staples at the most. There was one tiny issue with some flashing that was remedied immediately. Since then I've been up in the attic several times and took the time to look, and there are zero issues and no defects of any type that I can spot. I can tell you we did not go with the cheapest price, contractor or product. In fact, we opted for the greatest warranty protection offered because we do not plan on moving, so we made the investment in our property. I can say, easily, that this was a very comfortable experience and purchasing decision, given how important it is to the integrity of our home."

"Do what I did. Get estimates than hire DePalma. 1890 house 3 stories. Other estimates were ball park DePalma estimate was to the penny. A very large crew showed up early in the am. Including a project manager. The crews removed shingles replaced bad wood installed roof and cleaned up in 1 day. They gave us different warranty options and only use the best products. We're they done. No. A couple of days later another crew showed up to inspect property to ensure no nails or shingles in yard nd rain spout reinstalled correctly."

I called Amanda a couple of days later to see if they could change the color and she contacted Kyle who called me that same day. He and Alex came out to review the facia color. They went back to their supervisor who ordered a slate gray facia. They arrive a day or two later to swap out the facia ... now it looks great! All done in less than a week! I will definitely call them in the future, especially for my roofing, siding, and spouting needs"

"I initially gave the company 4 stars. More my issue as I usually get 3 estimates before choosing a company and didn't. I misunderstood about the shingle 'grade' during the sale. Then I found out GAF is making Williamsburg which was my first pick based on a neighbors roof. Lastly, my one neighbor paid less after my roof was complete...so...I can't change my decision. However, I was pleased they came back and made sure any nails or garbage was cleaned up. I still find bits here and there but certainly minimal and employees went out of their way for me (thank you Kyle). They also helped with some gutter concerns, thank you, so I have to say they are 5 star."
