"We had a shower pipe burst during the winter storm last February that caused water damage in the master bathroom and bedroom. The bedroom flooring was continuous throughout the first floor, so that needed to be replaced as well. John Cox and his crew were great to work with throughout the process. They dealt directly with the insurance company and were able to get all appropriate items reimbursed. John was also able to work around the current supply chain issues and prevent any unanticipated delays that a lot of other homeowners we know have experienced.
