Cooley Roofing and Construction is your locally owned roofer providing quality exterior renovation services throughout the Triad. For over 20 years we’ve been roofing area homes and businesses and for about the last ten years been providing complete exterior renovation services with roofing, siding and replacement windows.

They patched the problem areas so that should it rain we would not have leaks until we could be worked in on their schedule. They were professional and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond. I expected an estimate and for them to be gone quickly, based on my experience with other companies. These guys took their time inspecting the areas of concern and were able to fix the issue on my roof. They explained in detail what the issue was and exactly how they'd fix it so I didn't have future problems. This service crew was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of my property. I can't say enough good things about them. I'll definitely be using this company and crew in the future. Highly recommend!"

Troy was extremely professional and transparent during the process. The office was very responsive to all questions I had. Once a day was set, the crew arrived in time, material was delivered on time, and the job was completed without issue. The crew was experienced and wasted no time getting to work. They were courteous and did not inconvenience me in any way. I would highly recommend Cooley Roofing to anyone who needs a roof replacement."
- "When my roof was damaged by a wind storm in late fall 2020, Cooley Roofing was one the companies that provided a free estimate. Troy, the owner of the company, inspected the roof and prepared a proposal outlining recommended repairs. Repairs included removal and replacement of roof and pieces of sidings and replacement of several gutters. Cooley was the only company that did not require a pre-payment for the work. Kent and the roofing crew and the gutter crew did a very professional job at a reasonable price. The crew left the work site clean and free of nails. I was very pleased with the way the new roof looked. Jillian, the office manager, provided timely communication concerning the scheduling of the work, contracts, and Billings during and after the project was completed. I highly recommend Cooley Roofing."
