"Skip is a wonderful character who knows what he's doing. His team is knowledgeable and does quick work. My windows came in early and they had a cancelation, so called me up to fit me in for the next day. I was replacing 17 windows and a slider door. As you can tell from the photos, they weren't standard size windows. Due to the 50 yr old, metal framed windows taking more energy to come out then expected (they didn't want to come out), it took 2 days to install everything. My only reason for 4 stars over 5 stars is because when they reinstalled the brackets for my blinds, for one window the bracket was farther out then before so it didn't hold the blinds in place and for another window the brackets were too close together and so the blinds wouldn't go into place. I was able to fix it myself, but it was slightly annoying. The shelves they had to take down and put back up after fixing a skinny portrait window in place was put back exactly in its place. I would totally recommend them though to others!"
