Although it took several weeks for the materials to arrive due to the pandemic, I was kept informed of the delay and was given a firm installation date a week before work began. The installation crew was friendly, respectful and above all, competent. The work was completed in about 11 hours and no material or waste was left behind. Within a week of completion, a representative of CMS came to inspect the work that was done. CMS has performed a few minor roof repairs for me in the past and in one instance, they were able to quickly find and repair a roof leak that had confounded a different repair service. The people at CMS know their stuff. When you hire the right people, you can expect excellent results. When it comes to roofing, CMS has the right people. I recommend them with no reservations."

"The crew was efficient, even through minor hail and rain. Nobody ran for cover, rather they worked right through to insure the integrity of my repair. They even advised me to watch for leaks because of the problem of working through the rain and told me to call right away if there were any problems. They cleaned up ALL their debris in spite of being cold and wet and maintained a good disposition the whole time. Their lead man explained the materials and process they used in a very professional manner. A company can offer the very best materials the industry has (and CMS does), but if they don't have a crew like today's to install it, it really doesn't matter."
