"I will thank this company for one thing, they taught me a valuable lesson. As a first time homeowner I was bound to find myself getting swindled sooner or later, I suppose its better it happened early on. I hired them to fix a leak in my ceiling. The inspection wasn't done very thoroughly, so when they "fixed" my roof it continued to leak. When they returned a second time I was told that the issue originated from my neighbor's roof, and I would have to wait for her to fix it before they could do anything. A more thorough initial inspection would have uncovered this issue sooner. When I was able to speak to my neighbor about the roof I sent a followup email to let them know. I have not heard anything back from them. I just flushed $2000 down the drain, I guess. I should have been more suspicious when the contractor asked me what I do for a living before giving me a quote."

"Due to combined age and hail damage to our roof, we decided to have it replaced. I had a list of recommended roofing companies to call and first was Charleston Roofing and Windows. Michael, our Sales Professional, came out and did such an amazing job there was no need to go any further. Professional and responsive with a high level of communication sold us 100%. After we were set up to get our roof, we were contacted by Adam who was the project manager. Adam communicated with us what to expect and when the crew arrived to start the job, he was there the entire time and fully communicating with us from start to finish. The roofing crew was a well oiled machine. They worked hard and quickly with a crazy amount of team work. We highly recommend anyone in the market to replace your roof or even repair it, call and ask for Michael. You definitely will not regret it!!!"
