"They attempted to repair a leak after another roofer did substandard work. Charged us $1700.00- still leaking and have continued damage to our kitchen ceiling. Had another contractor here for flooring, he took the time and was kind enough to crawl up in the attic, found exactly where the leak was agreed to talk with Chambers and put their heads together to remedy for us, I called Chambers , left a message, the flooring contractor and I were in the garage, Chambers drove right by! Obviously didn’t want to help us. We are elderly and another $1700 out. We don’t know where to go with this. We’ve had chimney company’s, other roofers etc out here readily taking our money and we still have the leak! So disheartening."
"Bid was lowest.among the 2 best rated local roofers. They did it quickly and came back to address imperfections after it got hot out. Only issue was the roofing nails in the yard but there weren't a ton or anything."
"Do not use this company! They do not stand behind their work. We had 3 new skylights put in along with a new roof. Skylights leaked. Called and told them and they never came out to fix them. Did not install them correctly. One of the owners came into our business and we mentioned it to him again. His response was did they not come out and fix them. NO!!! To this day they have not fixed their poor quality work. It will now cost us more to fix because of the water damage they have cause. Their founder was good but the children. Run it now and don’t care about their customers. They get their money and you never hear from them again. If I could I would give them ZERO stars."
