"Had new gutters installed with the so called gutter guards in 2020 and have had nothing but leaking gutters, gutters that don’t drain and the guards are shredding ( the screen is pealing off). One of the employees told me to live with these until I can afford to replace them, really? I went with this company because they had installed a roof and gutters on a previous home and I was very pleased. Quality just isn’t there anymore."

Estimator (Jim Mapes) presented a clean, detailed, and thorough proposal of work to be done and was a pleasure to do business with. The roofer who completed the work was professional and did a great job on the repairs. I would not hesitate to use or recommend them in the future."

"Had a few small leaks in one place. They suggested I have the channels and valleys redone and repair the one small place it leaked. They came out to work and the inexperienced worked broke tiles all over my roof. It rained a few days later and the entires ceiling in one of our bedrooms caved in. They broke tiles around the chimney and over our back porch which has leaked and gotten moldy even since. They did so much damage that the roof could not be repaired and I had to have the entire roof replaced at a cost of $50,000. This roof was heavy concrete Spanish tiles that should have been treated with care. The workers were careless and inexperienced. If I had not lost two family members at the same time, I would have taken them to court. The owner was nasty about fixing the problems they made. This roof was strong and had no problems for 40 years until this company came out. An inspector said it should last 75-100 years. Until this company came out. Worst experience of my life."
