    "After meeting with an estimator, (at our daughter’s house because her work schedule would not allow her to set up an appointment) for a quote from Brad Smith Roofing, I had to contact him several times just to get the initial quote sent to me. I asked the estimator to contact my husband because he had a few questions, and wanted to have something added to the quote. Multiple written and oral requests were made, over several months, to get that quote. I sent my final email request Saturday, CC’ing the Vice President and the Office Manager. Today is Wednesday and we have not gotten a return email or phone call. Five months have passed, and now it is too late in the year to have the project done. I will no longer beg this company to allow me to spend $15,000+ with them. Our search for a roofing company that appreciates their customers will move on. Not worth spending any additional time on Brad Smith Roofing. If you are looking for a roofing company, my suggestion is to keep looking! (Just to be clear I monitor my SPAM and junk folder!)"

    "Brad Smith Roofing has been a great company to work with. They have done roofing, siding, and gutters on my house. I was very impressed by their response and help after a tree hit my house during a wind storm. They worked with my insurance company to get my roof covered by insurance, and made sure that what was installed exceeded what code required. The salesmen and crews have always been professional. It is nice to have a roofing / construction industry company that you can trust to get the job done right."

    "Fantastic…One stop shopping. Brad Smith Roofing, installed 2 new roofs for me on my home. I had storm damage, they were quick to respond and help me through the insurance forms. The storm caused more damage than just replacing the roof, new gutters, siding, carpentry, electrical and much more.
