"The Townhouse community I live in shares with all the units a poorly roofed 3rd floor balcony which leaks water into the kitchen area below during torrential rain. For 20 years all the units had this leak condition with owners trying many remedies with no good results. One of the Townhouse owners found Bell Roofing who analyzed the problem and solved the issue. The owners were very satisfied and impressed with Bell Roofing roof construction skills and service. I decided it was time to have my leaking issue behind me and contacted Bell Roofing to fix my problem. I found the roofing company’s owner, Mr. Sandoval, to be very efficient, organized, and professionally trustworthy in every aspect of his services. His crew was reliable and worked diligently on the project with care consideration for my home as they accessed the upper floor balcony throughout the day. As an architect being involved with residential construction, I will say Bell Roofing is one of the most impressive contractors I’ve been involved with. When the project was completed, Mr. Sandoval inspected my main roof and gave his recommendations for repairs. "I am highly satisfied with Bell Roofing. I had to have my roof replaced and everything went smoothly. The entire crew including office staff were courteous, reliable, and organized. I was able to schedule my roof replacement 3 days after I had my roof inspected. The team started around 6:30 am and they were done with my roof by 4:30. The project manager came by to make sure the team were doing their job. This assured me that the team would do a satisfactory job. Also, throughout the process, Ashley, retail manager kept me informed of extra cost when I needed fixed/added on the roof. I will definitely recommend Bell Roofing for roof issues."
