So we DO! * We have a Free Online Re-Roof Estimator. Our proprietary software developed for your convenience. * We send our hand written Thank You Letters after every project big and small. Asking for your review of our services so that we may always continue in our pursuit of World Class Customer Service. * We donate 1% of gross income. This is usually free roofs to Community First! Village and local Austin homeowners in need. 7: Fully Insured. I bet you can guess that roofing insurance is expensive. Yes it is, but it protects some very important people! General Liability - $1M / $2M for you, the client, in case we, the roofing company, do a poor job and will not remedy the work. Auto Insurance - $1 Million blanket - Our trucks are heavy but our drivers are kind :) Workman's Compensation - This is for our employees and for our clients. It provides lifetime income if an employee is hurt on the job. It also protect you, the client, from property claims if the accident occurs on your property. 8: We will not try to "Get Your Roof Bought" by your insurance company. Only if we believe there is real storm damage, will we suggest you submit the claim. 9: We will respect our clients by being On Time to appointments. 10: We will respect our clients by staying On Budget. 11: We will respect our clients by always being Honest.

"Wow - Austin Roofing exceeded our expectations at every turn! The estimation was clear and accurate. Luis Cardena was the reason we booked this job- he was so professional and knowledgeable, and he walked us through the whole job. They scheduled us with in a week. The supplies were delivered efficiently, and the laborers arrived right on time. They did the entire job (and we have a crazy roof!) in one day. The laborers worked with great attitudes, they were even singing up on our roof while they worked. (We were packing inside, and it was a good reminder to our whole family that hard work is no excuse for a bad attitude!) They covered and protected the area around our home - moved all of our personal items and laid tarps out around the entire house. They finished the job last week, and it would be hard to find any evidence of them having been here, other than our beautiful new roof. Invoicing was accurate and the office has been very available for all of my questions. I wish every business operated as well as Austin Roofing! Thanks guys!"
