"Replaced roof after hail damage. I can't praise them enough! From start to finish, everything went like clockwork. After a free inspection, the Ashton McGee project manager was here when our insurance inspector came, so they went over the roof together. The claim was fully approved and a date was quickly arranged for the work. The crew was amazingly efficient and meticulous. The job manager was cheerfully attentive to all our concerns, including replacing squirrel-guards and preserving our budding hostas and rhododendrons. They cleaned up as they went along, and took away every bit of debris. Wonderful!"

Everyone and that means everyone was courteous, professional, friendly and very respectful of our home and property. Tosh was our project manager and he was beyond awesome. He was here daily and sometimes several times a day making sure everything was perfect ( up to his standards). I cannot say enough good things about him. He made sure all jobs were coordinated and completed. He went over the whole process before the start date and made sure we understood everything. Tom was able to help us jump through all the insurance hoops to replace our siding and windows. Honestly, it was his personality/quality of character that made us even consider walking down the road of replacement. I can’t recommend Tom highly enough. He’s personable, knowledgeable, professional and on top of things. Even with the delays during Covid Tom made sure we met our deadline before selling our home. When there was an issue he came out right away to address it and was very hands on in the process. "These guys are the best. Our project manager, Mike Phillips, was beyond amazing. I was skeptical at first, when he knocked on our door offering an inspection it seemed like some kind of scam since we hadn't had a recent storm and I didn't even know that my roof was damaged. But he was able to show me maps with this insurance industry software showing that our neighborhood had been extensively damaged last summer. He ended up finding significant roof damage and also showed me window and gutter issues that if not fixed would have cost me a fortune at resale. He navigated the entire insurance claim process and made the whole thing simple and painless. I was able to get almost $60,000 worth of work done on my house with only my deductible ($1,000) coming out of my pocket. The crews were great, super professional and on time, even cleaned up well after themselves and were super careful with our landscaping and flowers. I would absolutely recommend AMRG, and especially Mike Phillips!"
