    "Ameristar installed a new roof in 2019 for our condominium property. I was not on the Board at the time but started to get complaints of owners having leaks. Upon investigation, we were dismayed to see the drains not working properly. After many discussions, Ameristar agreed to replace all 10 drains at no charge under the warranty. As a new Board member, I learned that we were responsible for properly maintaining the roof which may have fallen through the cracks from our previous management company. I would like to thank everyone at Ameristar for stepping up and helping us solve this dilemma. Special thanks to everyone involved but especially Amanda and Jose who worked extra hard!     "Ameristar was selected to perform a roof replacement project for a Condominium Association because of their professional reputation, competitive bids and remarkable integrity and motivation. The Project Manager, Irvin Lora, notably exceeded expectations. Irvin and his team provided consistent 5-star level results each and every time. When conflict was imminent their team always provided quick, effective resolutions while demonstrating their extensive knowledge, expertise and professionalism. As a Manager of communities, working with this company was enjoyable because their efforts and forward thinking made the experience seamless. They handled notices to the community prior to the start of the project and also daily communication to the affected residents door to door, and cleaned up daily. The A-team was easily accessible, methodical and organized. During the final walk through, seeing the happy faces of the owner board members and hearing the contentment repeatedly was gratifying and a perfect ending. The finished product is a true depiction of night and day. The new roofs are easily visible when entering the community. It gives the community a more polished look and residents are visibly content. Ameristar stands behind their work and it shows. These qualities in large companies are absolutely essential but rare. Thank you Ameristar. Thank you Irvin, Wes and Lane! You are truly a gem to work with!"

    "Ameristar new roof they installed for me was all good at first, until it started raining of course. We then realized one of the pipes from our attic leading up to the roof wasn’t properly sealed off with caulk and within just a few month we had missing shingles already. Called 10 times sporadically leaving messages from January 2022-June 2022 before they finally reached back out and sent someone out to look at it in July 2022. The guy said he’d get back to us after his inspection, but never did. So from then on kept calling and leaving messages again until finally January 3rd, 2023 a whole year later Amanda called back and sent a estimate with a ridiculous price claiming the further damage was from wind and storm. Horrible response time which just leads to further structural damage."
