I called and they immediately came back out removed and reinstalled. It looks awesome. They really strive to make sure the customer is happy. "We are brand new homeowners and asked AMDG to come out and look at our screened in porch roof, knowing it needed replacement. AMDGs team quickly came out and gave us a quote of what they thought the roof would require. Their team quickly got us a permit and worked with us to schedule. Unfortunately, when the roof was taken off we quickly found out that the all the rafter wood including posts and walls had been rotted. Instead of deciding they were off the project and leave us in the dust, they worked with us to discuss options. They helped us with the complete demo in one day and cleaned up after themselves efficiently. Although we did not end up with the answers we wanted, the AMDG team’s professionalism and responsiveness really eased my feelings and concerns."
